Cancelation and rescheduling policy for appointments. First time cancelling or rescheduling fee will be waived, additionally, clients must leave a card on file for future bookings. Rescheduling appointments: all appointments that are rescheduled within a 48 hour period will be charged a $25 rescheduling fee which will be added and paid with rendered services at the time of the appointment. All cancellations outside of family or health emergencies are subject to a cancellation fee charged to the client at the time of cancelling. For cut/treatment services; partial hair painting; single process; and braiding services: 30% of base service price. For full/half hair painting services, or multiple service appointments: 25% of combined base service price. If cancelations are within 24 hours, please note we will add an additional $35 to all cancelation or rescheduling fees.
